Guarantees and Returns:

Your satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in brand new unused condition with original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept return item broken after usage, customer has to claim warranty directly from manufactour. (S/H is not refundable, and buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless we made the mistake of shipping out the wrong item. For international orders, buyer is responsible for return shipping in all cases.) Every RX Eyeglass frame is special ordered, we do NOT accept returns for RX eyeglass frames. If returned merchandise has been used or received incomplete, a 25% re-stocking fee will be taken off of the refund. All special orders or back-order items are subject up to 25% re-stocking fees. Please save your manufacturer warranty together with your invoice. If you believe there is a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

If a customer picks uninsured shipping method, we are not responsible for damage or loss it might occur during shipping.
